The coaching staff is gone to Auburn and other places. Byron Brown was a coach instead of a playing for God's sake. Most of the other starters opted out as well. This outcome did not surprise me. I have a feeling a lot of the bowl outcomes will be disappointing. Theses worthless bowl games need to be gone and the playoffs expanded.

I agree and I would rather the Bama/OU game be the feature on Saturday night but no big deal.

What else makes me chuckle is TNT/Tru TV got in the broadcasting rights fray and they got saddled with the two "special" games with teams that don't belong.
