Congrats to the GW Gators they have now won theirselves a trip to rash. Could end up being a good game.

What happened to MNH after a goos win against PT and seems like the wheels fell off...

PT was kind of a fluke and 2 of the losses were one possession games. Wouldn’t say the wheels fell off but more so the competition picked up.

I agree, Apollo and Greenwood are both top 10 5A teams and they went toe to toe with Madisonville and beat them in a very tight game.  MNH missed a FG earlier in the game and then missed a 53 yarder at the end - QB took a sack that was killer right before that (2 plays before).  MNH a good team, but so are Greenwood and Apollo - but it’s not like everyone beat them by 55.

Obviously competition got better so maybe wheels fell off is an over statement but kinda figure and was hopimg they go further than 2nd round...

I agree with you that wheels fell off that they were not number 1 though.  They fell from the highest mountain top, in that way you re correct.

You don't get a talent like Hightower very often.  Would have liked to get past the first round with this team.  BUT Greenwood is a very solid team.  I don't expect them to beat Owensboro with the way O is playing, but I could see it being tight for awhile.
