The Indians of Madison Central (4-2) travel north on I-75 to take on the Broncos of Frederick Douglass (3-3) at "The Farm". This will be the first district game for both teams. The Indians come into to this game on a 2-game winning streak over both teams from Scott County. They defeated the Cardinals by 20 at 34-14 and the Warhawks by 28 at 50-22. The Broncos are riding a 3-game winning streak after dropping their first 3 games to start the season with a brutal opening. The game is scheduled to kick at 7:30pm. The game will be on both Gilcod and NHSF Network.

Sneaky good game!

Madison Central does not defend the run well at all. Gave up 360 yards rushing in their two losses, as well as 262 rushing yards against Great Crossing.

 

JR RB Dakari Talbert just tallied 197 rushing yards vs Male. Save any inexplicable turnovers by Douglass, I expect a 28-7 lead by the beginning of the 4th quarter.

I think this will be good game but I think Frederick Douglass wins.

I like Madison Central.  They play hard nosed football and I think are better than most give credit.
