Uhhh..North Hopkins overrated much?  This really makes me question them.  Owensboro pounded Graves…maybe Tighlman not quite as good as we originally thought?

Really surprising result. It’s always hard to judge results from game to game but Owensboro has to feel like they are in the drivers seat in this district. 

Feels like matchup more than anything in this one. Graves, outside a few big runs sporadically, have been super solid against the run. Biggest strength of their team easily. 

Madisonville loves to run it.

I thought Graves could play well in this one if they didn't make too many mistakes. They nearly pulled it off.

You’re probably right…I mean Owensboro lost to CAL 35-7 or whatever, BG plays within 3…BG loses to OCath…Owensboro dominating win over OC…I get it…I just never expected this to be close at all.

High school can be maddening at times to wrap your head around things exactly like you just mentioned. 

Logic doesn't apply and it just makes you scratch your head. 

Madisonville's still very much a threat to make a run in 5A.

Graves simply put forth an exceptional second half defensively to keep themselves in it with a chance to win.

I'm all crashed out though, so I'm retiring for the night lol.

I owe Graves an apology.  I said they Madisonville would win easily.  Didn't happen.

I’m not sure about that. If a team jumps out early on MNH it will force them out of their run heavy element. I don’t see MNH running the ball on BG or keeping pace with O’s offense but I could wrong.

On the west side of KY I think it’s an OHS and BG race.
