I think this is a two-horse race for the championship. However, every team on this list is a very good football team.

Right now I agree it is either T or X and any other team on that list is going to have to up their game, a lot.

T is far and away the favorite this year. Unless South Warren sneaks in the final 4. I really think the Spartans coaching staff would be able to come up with an outstanding game plan for a playoff game against Trinity.

For Douglass to be ranked, 6A must really be shallow. At this point of the season, Oldham Co. and Mad. Cent should at least be ahead of the Broncos.

It certainly isn't vintage Douglass but their performances against Highlands and Manual are in my mind similar to what Male and Ballard would do, maybe better. I don't think Madison Central or Oldham County would play either team that well. And the Trinity loss looks a whole lot like what other folks with put up this season.

No way Ryle is #3 more like 10

Ryle beat Cov Cath by around same amount Elder did and Ryle lost close game to 5A #2 Cooper so #10 would be way too low.

Ryle can't be #10. Last week you said SK and Campbell should be in the top 10. There's no room for Ryle at #10. That would be SK's spot with the Camels at 9.

I have always felt rankings are based off results and pedigree. In those regards, sure maybe bump Douglass, Male and Ballard up over OC and MC. Degree of difficulty with scheduling,  sure.

For this 3 game season though, a 3 win team should be ahead of the winless one. A Broncos team with a limited offense hasn't proven themselves to be better than a Madison Central or Oldham. We couldn't score with the O in the first two games, and our current O needs a game or two to gel. By week 6, yeah we can start talking rankings.

I watched the Highlands and Trinity games, and a little of the Manual game.  I think the Broncos are ranked correctly.
