Styles make fights is an old saying in boxing. It certainly applies here. I feel South will be able to run their offense and get their open shots. Absolutely LETHAL when they are on. 68

DCA coach simply will not come out of the zone. Mind boggling.

You don’t see many airballs from inside 5 feet by a 6’10 or 6’11 kid, but DC has done it several times.

Edit: or the bottom of the backboard….

This is a little surprising to me especially the size of the South Oldham led.

DCA coach has made zero adjustments.

47-30 SO with 200 left in the 3rd.

I can’t believe DC is as bad as they’ve looked.  South is being very aggressive and forcing DC to play faster (and on defense more spread out) than they’re used to.

14 days in between games is a long time.

South Oldham 50 Danville Christian Academy 32

End of the 3rd.

That last 3 pointer by South Oldham was the 12th 3 pointer of the game the only drama in the 4th is probably if the Dragons will tie or break the Sweet 16 record for 3's in one game the record is 14 to and 15 for the record.

Yes it is but it is the same for both teams.

Not the case here. Lack of practice depth in that time off can play a role too.

South last played on Tuesday, the 18th - so 8 days ago.  The 8th Region was one of several that took a week off between district and region.
