I know Pendleton played qb at Bellevue so he might be the next qb. Not sure. They have several options.

I see the supporting cast last year being better than this year. Gregg and Anderson are big losses. Fields being better this year will be because he did the work and has grown from last year’s experience.

Mason got better as the season went along. The offense started to open up a little more towards the end of the season. I expect more of a spread offense next year to utilize his arm as they have numerous receivers to work with.

Fields will definitely go D1.  Will be be P4, doubt it because he doesn't fit quite what most P4 teams look for now, which is runnin ability over throwing.  He did very, very well in numerous camps last year which is exponentially more important in recruiting than on the field numbers.  Hopefully his performance on the field is much better, and hopefully they have some receivers that can catch and some OL to protect.

A few Ryle kids left off.

Dylan Lee- 6'1" 2-way starter at WR and DB. Has one D1 offer already. One of the fastest kids in the state. Big playmaker on both sides of the ball and on special teams. Locked down most of the top NKY WR's last season.

Gavin Lyons- Another 2-way starter as a Soph and JR. Mr. Everything guy. Dealt with multiple injuries as a JR, but can play anywhere needed. Great run stopping DB that is also a ball hawk. On offense, can play in the slot, RB, or WR.

Bo Gay-6'4" (and still growing), 215 lb. DE/TE. Actually lead Ryle in sacks opposite of Dillon Smith. Great size, speed, and skill to play D1.

Eli Caldwell-6'4" 290 lb. OT. Played exceptionally well versus very good competition last season. Huge frame and getting bigger.

Newport’s Sean Hurry DE will be class of ‘27. Had a great year as a sophomore and was voted all-NKY team. A recruit a lot of people are sleeping on.

Cooper's Cam O'Hara just committed to WKU. How does Fields compare to him?

All from Cov. Cath…..

- Logan Sanning: Safety/WR (This will be His 3rd year as a starter at Safety)

- Zach Brooks: WR/DB/KR (I look for Him to have an immensely explosive breakout year…..especially returning kick-offs)

- Brady Gard: OLB/TE (First year Stater at OLB last year and was a dominant Beast)

Hard to say.  Cam is definitely a fantastic QB.  Fields is bigger and has the bigger arm.  O'Hara is extremely accurate, extremely.  He was quite impressive last season.  O'Hara also moves better overall and throws well on the move.  Fields is more of a pocket QB.  He's not completely immobile, but definitely more traditional.  I think Fields' mechanics and footwork may be a bit better.  It's also difficult to compare the two because Cooper's offense is what I feel Dixie wants to do, but just doesn't know how to go about it.  There are so many unsound things with their scheme.  It's hard to get completions at times when there's only 1 WR running a route and nobody blocks in front of you.

O'Hara will be solid for Western when he gets there, that is a great pickup for the Hilltoppers!!

Coopers QB Cam O'Hara, Ryles LB/RB Jacob Savage and Simon Kentons WR/DB/P Grayson Harris have been all nominated as top 10 candidates for Mr. Football this year. Good luck men have a great season!

Scott High School has a couple of very nice players.

Sr WR Aaron Hampton

Sr OL/DL Breydon Ennis

Sr RB/DB Hunter Bradley

They have stood out so far in seeing 7 on 7's and Linemen Challenges.
