I guess by definition it was a catchable ball, but it would have been an amazing catch.

Correct. People keep watching the endzone angle of the last half-second of the play hitting Kincaid's arms, but it was not a tight spiral coming his way. Like the Andrews play the week before, both are something they should have come up with, but people acting like there was hardly any difficulty to those catches are off base. I liken it to the Wes Welker drop in the second Patriots/Giants Super Bowl. Brady threw a dart at Welker, but he had to jump and turn into the catch with his momentum going forward.

Whether it was a very easy catch or not could be debated, but an NFL caliber player is going to be expected to make that catch every single time. It bounced right off his arms. 
 

Considering all the factors, I consider that throw by Allen to be borderline miraculous. He put it where only Kincaid could get it.

Miraculous is correct. I don't think he had any idea where it was going though.

I agree but like I have heard a lot of ex-NFL players that are on all the talk shows have said that is part of the reason that the Chiefs post season record is what is in that Chiefs players seem to make those types of plays and other teams players do not.
