You also thought Bogut was a stud did you not? I thought Bogut was a good NCAA player. I wasn't sold on him as a prospect, but that was a weak class. Durant averages more points and rebounds than Melo at this point and does more inside and out on defense. Is Melo the last freshman at this level? Sure. Is he doing then what Durant is doing now in his freshman regular season? No...
