Somerset's quarterback, Josh Bruner, had been battling some injuries/medial issues.  Are there any reports as to how he's doing?

I am looking forward to this matchup on Friday. I know Somerset fans feel like this game was taken from them last season. But if I know Coach Clevenger, that is NOT the focus going into this contest.  Somerset has a young offensive line and they lost Kam Hughes among others to graduation. But, look for "Little" Brother Kris to step into those shoes. Defensively the Jumpers had a good season last year and expectations are high in '24 for this unit.  Like every other team, they are looking forward to seeing strange faces lined up across the LOS on Friday night.

He was fully released back to play toward the end of July.   Did get his ankle dinged last week in the scrimmage but should be fine for Friday.

Hoping he has a "clean year".  His career has been littered with unfortunate injuries.

I'll go Somerset by 14, this being the first game of the season.  I think both teams lost some key players but Somerset does have some key players returning.
