@TheBarberCoach Griffith* but you may be right, he took them out to EKU a couple years prior as well, just doesn’t make sense to me from a geographical and financial standpoint.

He'll get the same level of college attention there that he got at Boone County. How big; how fast; how does he look on film; etc. That determines the level of college attention.

Your right but also helps when there is multiple college coaches at your facility almost weekly. College coaches also come across kids they would have never seen when they are looking at school for one kid they might find another kid that has the stature their looking for and believe they can be coached up.

Hope some doors open for him that may not have at Boone.

You are out of your mind if you think that where a kid goes to school doesn’t have a lot to do with them being recruited.  As the previous poster said if you have lots of coaches in your school regularly then there is a much larger chance that they will be discovered.  Sorry but the last time I checked there wasn’t a lot of college coaches walking the halls at Boone County.

Anderson has several D1 kids already. Coaches are that school on a regular basis.

Does it play a factor?…sure it does to a degree, but I’d argue that if you’re good enough, they’ll find you, regardless of where you go to school.
