Yes. Fairview has been hit hard with the flu bug and school has been cancelled all week.

Maybe since BOTH schools are closed today they thought it would be best to cancel the games also.:thumb:

Haven't Elliott & Fairview cancelled this game for each other the last 2 years when each were in the All A State the upcoming week?

Each time that Fairview-Elliott has had a game the last 4 years it has been rescheduled.This is usually due to the class A tournament.Fairview and Elliott have represented the region the past four years and they have worked around that in regards to scheduling.The game has not been cancelled.Apparently many people confuse a postponement with a cancellation.A cancellation indicates the game won't be made up and a postponement simply means it will be made up at a later day.

Yep, just helping each other out when one goes to All A State.

Fairview and Elliott have scheduled this way for a few years to help each other out. If one goes to state they just reschedule. See, some schools can get along and help each other out. It works to each school's benefit over time.
