Guys is it time to look at just what Patrick Mahomes has accomplished so far as he still has at least one game left in only his 6th season. He has officially been in the league 7 years but only played one game his first season.

He is amazing and why I went with the Chiefs today on the road. 

Like Mahomes or not, he is an excellent quarterback. I think he’s been the best in the league since Tom Brady retired. And Mahomes has a lot more time to go if he remains healthy. 

He's a great quarterback, but he's an insufferable person.

Incredible talent on the field, but I just can't stand listening to him anymore. That Quarterback show was not good for him, in my opinion.

I don't know why it bothers me so much, but even listening to his post-game interview drove me nuts. I don't even know what he says, but he threw in "man" about five times, while talking to a female. Stuff like that just irritates me.

His tantrum during the first Bills game was great for me. He showed who he was. 

It is an unpopular opinion, but I can't help it... I root for the guy. I know he is a goober and his wife has a low approval rating, but I appreciate his greatness and how competitive he is.

If we are talking strictly about his play, he has been fascinating to watch. 

I just don't ignore all the other stuff.

And I am sure that will wear on me after a while. This year has been "humbling" for him as KC has not been that good, despite finding themselves back in the conference title game. And by his lofty standards, his play has left a lot to be desired. I can't say if this is a flaw for me, but I often root for players/teams because of rooting against someone else; hence, since I rooted against Dallas as a kid, the Eagles became my team. I went through a phase of strongly rooting against Brady, so when Mahomes came on the scene, I hitched my wagon to him. Despite him being a goober and his brother being one of the worst humans on earth ?
