Cowboys next coach ?

Featured Replies

Who do you think Jerry Jones will go after ?

Here arew a few names that Jones could go for....

Bob Stoops - Oklahoma Head Coach

Bill Cowher - Steelers Ex Coach (retired yes, but so was Parcells 3 other times)

Wade Phillips - Chargers defensive coordinator

Houston Nutt - Arkansas Head Coach

He should go after Bob Stoops or Ron Rivera from the Bears

Whomever it is must make sure he has plenty of Tylenol on hand because he is in for some major headaches. Coaching the Boys will be a tough job to say the least.

All I've heard is that they will be very interested in Wade Phillips. I don't think Cowher would come out of retirement this soon...

After Phillips' lackluster previous stints as an NFL HC, I would be surprised to see him again as anything other than a defensive coordinator.

Nutt is getting thrown around down there.

Stoops would be my first choice of the college guys but I just wonder if he wants to put up with the egos?

The young duo from USC would be interesting and they would do what Jerry says!

Jerry Jones' Arkansas ties make Nutt a very interesting possibility.

I would love to see Cowher go to Dallas. That would be some of the best TV in a while. Cowher of course would end up in prison for double homicide after ripping TO's arms off and beating him to death with them, and shoving Jerry Jones head under his truck and running over it. But of course you might be able to find 12 people who would not convict him for that.

I don't see why Jerry Jones doesn't do it himself. He is always on the field and thinks he knows more than the coaches. Then I guess he wouldn't have anyone to blame but himself if things didn't go well.Forget that idea!

If the unlikely possibility of Cowher going to Dallas came to pass, he would cease to exist in my mind.

Dallas would cease to exist in mine. T.O. was just about too much for me, no way I could deal with that idiot at the helm.

Only thing that could be worse is if he ended up in the AFC North. :fight:
