The Bengals (3-3) coming off a bye head west to San Fransico to take on the 49ers (5-2) who are coming off a 22-17 loss on Monday night at Minnestoa. Hopefully the Bengals will go on a big run of very good play as the did after last year's bye week. The game is on CBS at 4:25pm. Go Bengals! WHO DEY!!

Just announced about 10 minutes ago that Brock Purdy has been put in concussion protocol. it looks like Sam Donald will be the QB for the Niners on Sunday.

    Purdy practiced yesterday, anybody heard anything about today?

    It has been reported today he is in phase 4 of the concussion protocol with just one more step to be eligible to play Sunday. It is the biggest phase and he has to pass it by Saturday to be able to play Sunday.

    He was FP at practice today, so I think he's playing.

    He cleared phase 5 this afternoon will start tomorrow vs. Cincinnati. I saw this is the first time since the protocol was instituted that a person who was not put into concussion protocol on Tuesday after a Monday night game to be cleared to play the next Sunday.

    This is a huge game for the Bengals.

    Touchdown Burrow to Boyd from 7 yards out. The extra point is good to make it 7-0 Bengals with 8:11 left in the first quarter. Great throw by Joe!
