Be careful what you wish for…

Notice I said hope they meet, and Paducah Tilghman wins. I'm fully aware of Boyle's success and championships.

Hope Paducah Tilghman meets Boyle County in the finals of 4A and beats them bad getting some revenge for the Lone Oak loss against them in the finals, in a game Lone Oak should have won.

Why would Tilghman wanna avenge a lone oak loss? If anything avenge its own loss from 2003

The Tornados are rolling right along. It's nice to see teams like Tilghman and Highlands back in some fashion.

I am a proud Tilghman graduate, my children are Lone Oak graduates. Lone Oak is no longer a school as you know. Boyle won State championship against Lone Oak'. My only satisfaction is for Tilghman to beat them for me, if they meet.

Tilghman has a history of holding the score down, or at least when I was there in the mid 80's. Could be that the PT JV is good enough to do the damage we see in the final score.

Who are you saying called out Boyle County?

Whoever said I hope they get BC in the finals and beats them bad.

That would be someone that was a Lone Oak fan before consolidating into McCracken County.

Maybe not this year or the next couple but eventually PT is going to get their pay back for hanging all these points on people. If a coach wants to he can hold the score down I don’t think their coach wants to. Also I don’t think I would be calling out Boyle.

For you to say you don’t think Coach Thompson wanted to hold the score down then it’s very apparent you don’t know him because he is a class act.The Warren East game was a different story because when you have their coaches taunting Tilghman players pregame and acting like kids instead of role models then that opens a can of worms and a beat down was what they deserved.

Speaking on the 70 piece they put on Warren East it really wasn’t their fault at all, the Raiders couldn’t stop a nose bleed and put them in positions to capitalize quickly. It was 49-20 at half and the Raiders finished the game with 1 first down, the game was nothing but explosive plays, Tilghman’s JV was in the game after the 1st TD of the 2H to get the running clock started.
