Yep, down 2-0 headed to the 7th. Had men on 1st and 3rd with 2 out, down 2-1 and Landon Johnson was down 1-2 in the count. Worked it to a full count, and then roped a bases clearing double into the LCF gap. Tigers tacked on an insurance run to make it 4-2, and Torin O’Shea got Dixie out 1-2-3 in the bottom of the 7th.

Brach Rice and Sam Stacy both pitched really good games. Rice only gave up 2 hits through 6, but seems like he ran out of gas in the 7th inning. It was a helluva game!!

Beechwood have Matt Kappes, Chase Flaherty, and Torin O’Shea all available. All pitched in the last two games. I believe Landon Johnson is also available. If I had to guess they will use either Matt or Chase to start and have as many arms on standby as possible to try and keep Highlands off-balance.
