So I'm imagining that some people seeing how hot this parking thing is are coming in to read some great inside stuff on parking at the arena. Ooh, maybe some time-saving advice. Nope. Just us kneading the in you in dough.

The purpose of kneading any dough is to develop gluten and incorporate micro bubbles into the mass of the dough which will inflate during proofing and baking.

I am glad you added this, I admit I had to google it.

Thanks to everyone for their help. 

You know, some things just move at glacier speed: plant growth, starfish, bureaucracy, Bartolo Colon and Second Region Weekly Review traffic during a slow Travis Perry news week. But this thing fell off the rails FAST. Kudos.

No problem. I have kind of needed a break from kneading, so I don't make dough like I used to. If I could make dough without kneading, that would be cool. So I am sort of the kneading advice purveyor now, dispensing kneading advice as needed.
