Seems like Holy Cross (Cov.) has a few out of state games with some Cincinnati schools. Should be some interesting match ups with a few of them!

Jellico High School in Tennessee is showing a season opener on Aug 18 at Lynn Camp and is hosting Jackson County on Oct 20.

Middlesboro plays at Gate City (VA) on Sep 1.

Marshall County plays at Northpoint Christian (MS) on Sep 2.

Christian County plays at South Gibson (TN) on Sep 8 and hosts Marion (IL) on Sep 15.

South Oldham hosts Anderson (OH) on Aug 18.

South Gibson (TN) are a Class 4A program (6 Classes in TN Public) that went 7-5 (6-4 regular season) in 2022, losing to Haywood County in the 2nd round of the playoffs. Haywood made it to the semi-finals, losing to Nashville Pearl-Cohn. South Gibson were 13-1 in 2021, making it to the semis.  Although much smaller in enrollment (790 students) than Christian County they should be very competitive.

Seems very odd to me a Kentucky team would play one from California. Is this a neutral site game.

@WOFOJP61 @Down4theblue ...either of you two have any idea what the impetus was for scheduling the game against Warren High School out of Downey, CA? Or know where it's going to be played?

Last I heard it was going to be at Knoxville Catholic.

Fairview will be playing at Green High School in Franklin Furnace, OH on September 15th.

Clinton County hosts Jackson County (TN) on August 18th.

The Jackson County Blue Devils are a Division 1 (Public) Class 2A school located in Gainesboro, TN, with an total enrollment of 400.  Their 2022 record was 2-8 overall and 0-4 in their Region (District in KY). Playing in 3A last season their Region was brutal, including 11-2 Region Champions Smith County (Carthage) and eventual Class 3A State Runners-Up Nashville East (who lost to powerful 21-time State Champions Alcoa). The Blue Devils are dropping to 2A this season.

Warren is ranked #21 in Calpreps preseason California rankings. They have a 4 star WR. Last year they were 8-2 and ranked 29th in California.

Sept. 1 Bellevue hosting Riverview East (OH)

Sept. 22 Bellevue hosting Gamble Montessori (OH)

Hearing Woodford County maybe trying to schedule another out of state team to  make up for the game WEB DuBois backed out of.
