It was a good night to be a guard for Conner.  The 3 headed monster of Kramer, Hamilton, and Lohr had their way tonight.  Huge game by Dalton Kramer, I'm not sure how many he ended with but I know if was over 20.  Mason County was pounding the ball inside the 1st half but then went away from it and Conner pulled away in the 2nd.  Daniel Campbell with a nice second half working the inside and making free throws.  I know some of the Mason County fans may blame the refs, but Conner was very aggressive and got the calls.

When Conner is hitting their outside shots, they are tough to beat.  They all hit free throws and Coach Otte has his rotation down to 7 players.  Big week coming up for the Cougars as they have Highlands next week in Ft. Thomas and then travel to Erlanger to visit Lloyd who is improving as the season is coming to a close.

Top notch W. Congrats Cougars.

I picked Mason in a close one, but after attending the game I'm convinced the best team won.  Conner is really begining to grow on me.

Landen is tough. He attacked the rim in the 3rd quarter and got a couple and 1’s. Mason County had their hands full trying to stop Hamilton, Kramer, and Lohr. 

That's a great win for the Cougars.  Didn't expect this kind of margin either way. 

It was a 1 point game early 3rd quarter... then a sequence that lasted about 90 seconds of:

Mason missed shot

Conner score and 1 put it away for good.

 

Conner is legit...but Mason needed a wake up call, according to Coach Kirk's postgame comments. They're still one of 3 (IMO) that can win the 10th.
