The Cats currently riding a 3 game winning streak travel down to Nashville to take on the Commodores the game is scheduled for a 9:00pm tip on the SECN.

Kentucky 74-68.

Cats 78

Vandy 65

I was talking with my son last night about how road trips to Vanderbilt used to always worry me (and maybe it should again this year) but the truth is Kentucky has played pretty well in Nashville under Calipari. Only two losses in his tenure, one in 2011 when Vanderbilt was ranked in the top 25 and another in 2016. Kentucky has had a nice couple of weeks; it would be good to see them keep it rolling tonight.

I hope the Cats have been working on the speed bag, the heavy bag, and their bobbing and weaving technique. Jerry will drag this game into a street fight if he can.

Line has moved from Kentucky -2.5 to Kentucky -6.

I'm staying away tonight but I'd guess Kentucky doesn't cover the six.

Vandy will be missing leading scorer 7 footer Liam Robbins. Robbins sprained his ankle and will be out 4-6 weeks.

Game is tied at 4-4 at the first media timeout.

21-20 Cats at the under 8 media timeout.

Vandy getting way too many easy looks inside.

Nice last 8 minutes of the half for the Cats as they lead 36-27 at the half.

Clean up a bit on the defensive end and Cats are sitting pretty. Nice half.

The Cats come out with a good start to the 2nd half with 12-3 run to start the half and lead 48-30 timeout Vandy.

Cats leading 54-39 at the under 12 timeout.

Nice road game for the Cats now keep it going on Saturday for Kansas.
