For the record, I said on this thread that no one at Louisville deserved punishment. I'm fine with this result.

Two or three years ago they deserved to get hammered for this, but with everyone gone and it taking so long, there is no point to punish UofL at this point.

With that cloud no longer over their heads, we shall see what kind of recruits they can get in.

I know Pitino had a lawsuit against the university.  Was that settled (or dropped), or does this ruling add fuel to his fire?
