I love Utah. Was there two summers ago. Spent some in Logan; the drive from Logan down to Ogden/SLC is about as pretty as it gets.

One of my favorite spots. Drove from Duluth across northern Wisconsin and the entire Upper Peninsula a couple of years back. Don't know if I could handle the amount of snow they get in the winter but it's one of my favorite places I've been and it is somewhat unknown to most folks.

It is a very pretty place, for sure.  You should see the north side of SLC going into Ogden now, they are building town houses everywhere.  From what I was told, population is going up quickly.  

I let it slip in the Raceland thread where I am this week - Idaho.  Idaho Falls to be more specific.  Had a flight earlier to Salt Lake City, got some beautiful pictures along the way.  I couldn't wait to get back to post them here.  Beautiful area of the country.

Exactly.  We all get frustrated with our jobs from time-to-time.  But, when I do, I see stuff like this in person and think, "you know, this is pretty amazing and not everyone gets do this job".  Very humbling at times.

And, my favorite of the trip.  The sun setting over Salt Lake City.

 

A little closer to home this week.  But, I'll have an exciting place to post pictures from next week.
