Neither did Wake, or Louisville for that matter. Means nothing. Heck, the only team I have seen in all bowl games that looked like they played their best football was Boise, and MAYBE USC...

How about the fact that beat USC beat Arkansas, Arkansas beat Auburn, Auburn beat Florida and Florida is playing for the national title... but Oregon State beat USC. Does this mean that Oregon State should beat the best that the SEC has to offer? Or that one game means less than the sum of your season? I'll leave that question for everyone else.

January 8, 200719 yr Anyways back to the thread... how big of loss is this?Individually, I wasn't in love with Simms but trusted the coaching staff evaluation. If it means we aren't getting the guys I AM excited about, like Beaumont or Chichester, then it's big. But right now they look solid.
