Where is a good place to catch a quick bite post game for the visiting fans and to drown our sorrows ? before heading back I71 N?

Losing Savage and Belk to graduation is super tough and would be for any team to lose that speed and production. On a positive note the youngest Savage has been playing a lot as a freshman on varsity and there's a good chance he could be the best of the three brothers as he matures and grows. Just looking for some positives Friday lol. But it will be a good experience for Ryle you should always want to play the best even if it can be a little painful but you can learn a lot about yourself in the process and hopefully it will help them finish the year strong after.

Meeting place pre-game for ST X fans is Tim Tam Tavern. TTT is right across Poplar Level Rd on Clark's Ln.  With a 7:00 kickoff,  that should give you enough time after the game to get an after game snack and a few adult beverages. 

There is also a Chilie's on Poplar Level about a 1/2 mile from the school.

Was thinking the same. Some of us on here really try to be objective. Some of us just throw out a stupid line really quick and watch the thread burn which can be entertaining too. Madden is a blue troll under the bridge waiting to pounce at any chance he/she can to say a disparaging word about Ryle or Dixie. When you’ve been third in district for two seasons that can be expected I guess. But hey SK has some big lineman, Chase Crone, and a .500 record. Guess we should put respect on their name before a Corbin game where they will most likely lose, be below Ryle in the standings still, and below .500 heading into district play. But you know, they have big lineman.

I would like to see St. X's run game get back on track this week. I'm not looking for huge runs, but just to be more efficient. They didn't do a great job sustaining drives last week for a number of reasons, but I do look for them to be a bit more physical and purposeful on the ground. 

Massey Ratings has a projection of 35-7 St. X with St. X having a 92% win percentage.

I would imagine X will have a lot of success on offense, both running and throwing.

Massey ratings also have Trinity ahead of Male and St. X so I don't put a lot of stock in them. I prefer Calpreps as far as ratings.

Yeah, I noticed that too. Always interesting to see how various computer rating systems rank teams and make predictions.

I'm going with St. X by 21. I think Ryle maybe better than what people think. They played a very good Lexington Catholic team close and a competitive game with a improved Highlands team. Also can't discount the win over Trinity the week before hangover for St. X.  Hard to get up for Ryle after that game. I think that played a factor in last years game at Ryle being close.

I do think the hangover could play a small part but I think St. X is good enough in all phases to overwhelm Ryle.
