Williamsburg comes into this matchup at 3-0 on the season and coming off it’s 2nd Bye week in a row.Williamsburg has wins over Middlesboro,Leslie County and Oneida (TN). Those wins are by a total of 4 points.

Somerset comes into this matchup at 3-2 on the season with its losses to powerhouses Beechwood and Corbin. They have wins over Garrard County, Russell County, and Paintsville. This will be the 12th meeting since 1998. Somerset holds a 9-2 edge in the series. Williamsburgs wins came back in 2004 and 2021.

Who wins this matchup? Does Williamsburg squeak out another tight victory? Does Somerset take care of business?

Williamsburg is unbeaten by the skin of its teeth. Winning like that reveals some character, but it can also catch up to you at some point. The Jackets may have reached that point this week. I think Somerset is the first team they've seen with the potential to beat them by multiple scores and avoid any late game drama. The superior SOS for the Jumpers pays off this week.

    So my Spanish is pretty good, not great, but I can't tell from this if you are telling me they had no players, or they had no one to play.  Both would lead me to about 3 other follow-up questions, to be honest.
