Before I respond, I want to make sure there is humor meant in your post? Because I did not have the Dixie Highlands game in mind in my post.

Actually, this one I was serious.....I am thinking Highlands has been clicking well these last 2 weeks especially with Green playing the best ball all year.....Also, after I posted that score I realized that Highlands was probably playing with an abbreviated roster in that 1st game b/c of soccer and volleyball players and I think Alyssa Harris was still trying to get back from injury.....so the 40 pt loss is a little deceiving.

So I am hoping for a miracle that this is much much closer than that 62-22 game b/c of my above remarks.....

I thought you might be serious here and you may be right about Highlands clicking. But they definitely are not a favorite to win and I am not sure Dixie is in the top 4 favorites to win it either. If they are, it is barely the #4 favorite.

So if I am reading between your lines would you say (minus NCC since they are in the same district as HHS), Highlands might have drawn the weakest eligible District Champ???

 Arguably yes.  Going into the tournament I would rank the top 4 as NDA, Cooper, Ryle and Holy Cross.

Highlands for sure got the weakest of NDA, Cooper and Dixie...at least as of late.  

Highlands "clicking" is still a massive underdog to Dixie.  Possible?  Sure, why they play the games.  But highly unlikely.

I think Holy Cross got the worst possible draw they could get but to win the region you have to get through the tough teams.  I know it is cliche but they need to just take it one game at a time and play hard. 

Should be a great tourney. I could see as many as 4 different teams winning it.
