Jason Bucklen Posted October 2, 2021 Posted October 2, 2021 I had to look at this score 3 times to make sure it was right. All I can say is wow! https://www.maxpreps.com/m/games/10-1-2021/football-fall-21/lawrenceburg-vs-rushville.htm?c=O9TshGGH2EOEMnCjSkbt4A#tab=box-score&schoolid=
Colonels_Wear_Blue Posted October 2, 2021 Posted October 2, 2021 Lawrenceburg must have been hot from beyond the arc tonight. 1

1963 BIRDS Posted October 2, 2021 Posted October 2, 2021 Lawrenceburg has a great program and usually a contender for the playoffs. I'm sure the coaches didn't keep the ones in for very long in this one.

And I admit I know nothing about this game and how it played out. Have just always said to score more than 80 in a high school football game you have to be trying to get that many points. Just my opinion. 1

Not that it's makes much difference but apparently it was only 49-0 at the end of the 1st quarter. I was trying to find a box score or any other details that might shed some light how this went down, but their Twitter feed didn't have a lot of details. There was at least one defensive TD, but otherwise it doesn't appear that they called off the dogs until halftime.

Sitting here drinking coffee in SC and that stings all the way down here. I guess L'burg doesn't run an off tackle series....or Rushville threw some pick sixes. Wow

Wow Someone told me they have a running clock in the second half. Still that’s crazy!

Not to beat a dead horse, 49 or 70 it doesn't matter.
