Who are the top ten players in the 16th

Featured Replies

1. Vanhoose (Evansville got lucky...could player in bigger D-1 League)

2. Euton...(can play 2,3,4 and five position)

3. Jackson...(the reason Euton will never play the "1" at Rose Hill)

4. Thomas...(Mr. Defense and the offense goes through him)

5. McDavid...(the glue to the Tomcats)

6. Barker...(Might be the best team leader in the Region)

7. Gill...(most improved player in the 16th from one year ago)

8. Daniel...(needs to play the 2, and could be mid-major D-1)

9. Martin...(the guy that carries the Vikings when Daniel is trying to do everything)

10. Selby...(The 16th Regions version of Charles Barkley...only he can't dunk)

Honorable mention:

Burge...(the reason East is winning)

Ferguson...(Needs help in the post so he can play in-side and out)

2 Faulkners...If they are hitting...someone is loosing to them)

Blair...(Mr. Sacrifice, he helps his teammates stats)

etc...

I have to question anybody that has Ferguson listed as Honorable Mention.

You should stick to the topic and give us your opinion on something besides other posters.

I'd have to stick Matt Martin from Rowan in the top 10.

Euton and Jackson aren't in my top 5 because 1. Have yet to see them this season, and their position is just speculation. 2. They are both young and don't have the experience that the players ahead of them have. Now I know they've been playing varsity for a few years already and have played against good competition but IMO there is a mature factor that these older players posess and the last time I saw these 2 players their game hadn't matured...yet.

But it's been a few years since I've seen them.

Don't have the experience! Obviously you have no idea what you are talking about. They have been playing against the best competition in the nation the past few years, and not only at their level, sometimes one and two years above them.

I've seen most of the players on the above lists and I definitely would have Euton and Jackson in the top five. I think you need to make a trip to a game that Rose Hill is playing. You will be impressed, I promise.

Both of these boys have played some very good teams this year and no-one in a regular season game has kept them scoring from anywhere from 20-40 points each a game. It's not like Rose Hill has a balanced scoring team and the defense has to guard all five players on the floor as an offensive threat. The defense is focusing on trying to stop them but they can't.

Euton and Jackson is proving what they are capable of doing. The amazing thing to think about is they still have three more years to gain the "experience" that you say they are lacking.

I agree with most of these..except for not one being from BC-----

Casey Branham has played well the past few games

CD Mayhew has played well EVERY game

Selby is a rebounding machine

I agree KOTJ, CD Mayhew has took his game up a couple of notches.

Nice work, King. I am afraid that you have let the cat out of the bag, however.
