September 18, 20215 yr @nWo I read an article that says the Old Farmer's Almanac predicts a long and snowy winter for Ohio and Kentucky. How much stock do you put into their predictions?
September 21, 20215 yr Sorry I haven't been on much lately. I had to have a knee revision surgery. I found out after the surgery It was pretty serious. The surgeon had to cut my quad muscle among other things to correct the injury I had to the knee. I'll post something in the next couple of days. But just to let you know what I have seen so far is we are in for a cold and possibly snowy winter. We could see a taste of winter starting in November.

Where the surgeon and to make a incision about half way up my quadriceps muscle that is what really is the problem. I had to keep in immobile for three weeks. This is really the first time I've been able to sit up in a chair since the surgery.
September 30, 20215 yr Look for an early start to the cold weather temps. in November. Early data is showing a cold and snowy upcoming winter. Those north of I-64 could receive their first accumulating snows around mid-December. We could see some colder than normal temperatures.
