December 18, 200619 yr My take on defending your teammates. Let's say Spindoc (he started this thread) and I were on the same team and he was fouled hard and a scuffle ensued. I would not run up slap someone and run for the other side of the court. If I want to be loyal to my teammate and I got involved, we would either walk out together or be carried out together. To me that would be loyalty. He can't declare it a loyal action in my book.

December 18, 200619 yr Nate Robinson was the reason the entire fight occurred in the first place. I'm shocked that Thomas didn't get any suspension. It was fairly obvious that he ordered the hit and was trying to start something. I'm pretty sure he wasn't the only reson. He was the one that got pushed and TACKELED anyway, I think he was defending his teammates. I think all the suspensions were about right except for J.R. Smith, he retaliated and kept on fighting I think he should've had around 12 or 13 games.

Do you still think 15 games is not a big deal? He makes 80 million over 5 years. Thats 410 games. 195k a game 195,000x15 is............A Lot of money to anyone. $2,926,829 Still not a big deal?

This is one of the most unfair suspensions ever. I can't recall one that was even close to being as harsh for a punch. A punch refered to as "an open handed slap."
