Sims gets out of it with the winning run on 2nd. Headed to the 11th inning. I really feel the Reds need to score here I get more worried the deeper we have to go in the bullpen.

Lucas Sims walks Adam Duvall. Then Dansby Swanson grounds into a force out at 2nd base. Nick Markakis grounds out to first and Swanson advances to 2nd. Sims strikes out Austin Riley swinging to end the inning.

Record was previously held by Homer Bailey who had 10 strikeouts against the Giants in 2012. Before that the record was 9 Ks, held by Hod Eller from Game 5 the 1919 World Series, and Jose Rijo from Game 4 of the 1990 World Series.
