They released a surveillance video from his property during the incident. It shows him with a pair of tongs in his hand as he's tending to his grill. Nowhere does it show David McAtee shooting at police.

June 2, 20206 yr I just watched the video. In my opinion it does not prove that he fired at police, at the same time his hand motions make it appear that it's not out of the realm of possibility that he could be taking a shot. I think the video is inconclusive.
