The rest of the post though?

I agree Beechwood could win tonight, said so above. I also think at NKU they get drug behind the woodshed to an ugly margin. I think there is a discernible gap between the two. However, tonight, at home, likely more motivated, I think The Wood gets one!!

No matter the result, should be a great atmosphere and a terrific game!

Cov Cath just tweeted that tonight's game is sold out.

Here you are hyping the game, about had me talked into going, only to find out I can't get in. LOL

I know you were pretty critical way back when after I said the Cov Cath/Beechwood game had the makings for a good game to watch come districts, and I'll gladly stand by that one. In general, I haven't really known games to sell out (even in small gyms) because the winner is decided before the buses show up and they're going to be a snoozefest....just sayin'.

Just pulling your chain, when BW hosts the 35th I just stay away, no parking or no seating. Too many other choices. Enjoy the Bockfest.

I don't think he's necessarily off his rocker. I voted for Cov Cath because I think they obviously can and "should" win this one, but given the way their regular season battle AND the Holy Cross game started out for Cov Cath, it's not completely out of question that the Tigers win this at home. Beechwood DID beat Cov Cath last year in the district finals (as well as the regular season) only to lose in their rematch at regions by 14.

Cov Cath has looked a little out of sorts after finally getting Hupmann back from mono. He returned to his spot in the regular starting five, but it's kind of been a hiccup in what the team has grown accustomed to in his absence. Here's hoping their "warming up" to having Noah back is behind them now and my Colonels will be firing on all cylinders tonight.
