Pretty much right on the money. But I disagree about McDavid, he can guard basically anyone from the 1 to the 5.

Yep, I think as a matter of fact, that I'd let Drew guard Barker when you play the Eagles and Chad Jackson when you play the Royals and any of the other 1's in the region. Please, I agree that Drew is a terrific player and athlete, but you're totally dillusional if you think he has the quickness to guard those type players every night. Wrong body for it. I'm sure your coach has him matched up against the opponents best threat to score in the paint and on the perimeter within reason which is where he excels. BTW, are you related to ECFan?

After reading the 16th region student section thread, I believe you may be right. Hopeless Homerism! Ahh, that's what makes these threads so great.:thumb:

Um I really dont see any reason to give you any info, sorry. Im sure someone else would love to let you know. It will only be a matter of time....

Let me help you out. If the defensive player stays with the same person all the time then it is man to man. If the defensive player stays in a certain area then it is a "zone defense". I hope that helps some. :thumb:

Come on, boys. Don't confuse GIAT with the facts. I'll bet Wireman is talking about Rowan County although I could be wrong. I do understand that Rowan is more like Ironton than like Rock Hole.

Oh, so thats what zone and man-to-man mean!?!? I had been wondering all these years! Once again Rickyp is here to enlighten my basketball knowledge!

Actually, believe it or not, I am helping a friend out at another school. I live in a better location to check out Ashland for him, so I told him I'd see what I could dig up. He received the "Warning" via satellite from Iraq and called me with concern. The warning has hampered our war efforts on the other side of the world and Ironton, OH still didn't get the memo!

Communication across the Ohio River is not good. Ironton obviously didn't get the "warning" because, if received, they would have been foolhardy to ignore it. Do you suppose that the "warning" has reached Mason County yet? I did read somewhere (Drudge Report, I think) that the "warning" was included in the Iraq Study Group's recommendations.:thumb:

Bush read that part and he said, ""Shhhhhhhh, be vewy vewy quiet; I'm hunting wabbits, ehehehehehehe."

How many weeks, months, years are we gonna have to listen to the 'warning' jokes, if you can call them that...Is that all the material you guys have these days? Im always up for a little humor, but this one is getting a little worn out.

Well you probably just guaranteed that it will last a little longer.

Most likely, but I had to say it.. I love a good joke, nor do I mind them being directed at my T-Cats.. I just like to hear new material every once in a while.
