KSR is reporting that Dekel Crowdus will be returning to FD for his senior season after a coaching change at IMG. I believe this gives FD the top 2 recruits in Kentucky next year with Jager Burton being the other one.

Should be he lives in the Douglass district.

Kid seems like a great player. With him leaving FD a few weeks before the season started does that cause any issues with coaches/players welcoming him back? There is no doubt about what he brings on the field just wondered about the locker room.

I understand the question. But I also think the players would understand because he went to IMG Academy, not another local school.

Yeah I don't disagree with it being IMG but timing when he decided to go there wasn't good.

IMG sounds good, but the kids get a reality check of what it's like being away from in a college setting. I know a few in the Tampa area that struggle with the being on their own aspect at that age.

Josh Moore just tweeted that he has been ruled eligible, per Coach McPeek.

He was rule eligible last week. Also 6'7 junior quarterback from Washington State was ruled eligible for Douglass as well. He and his family moved to Lexington this spring.
