This propels Utah to a whopping zero (0) CFP Top 25 wins.

I guess a lot of unintelligent folks got proven right tonight, by not thinking Utah was top 5 good.

 

Utah is a good team that benefitted from beating up on bad teams this year.

Committee doesn’t have to try as hard to get Oklahoma in now. It’s up to Oklahoma.

I would have been surprised if Utah won. If LSU beats Georgia, the Big XII champion will be in.

Oregon and Utah > Oklahoma and Baylor. This game doesn’t change that.

Nothing about what I saw tonight makes me share that opinion. In fact how Utah looked tonight completely killed your unintelligent football comment you used for people who didn’t think as highly of Utah as you. The streak continues every time you talk up a team Wisconsin, Penn State, Minnesota, and now Utah they have all followed it up with a lost literally right away after you talked them up lol.

 

To be fair it is hard to judge teams this year. We have three great teams in OSU, LSU, and Clemson. Then the rest it is hard to tell, as there are many good teams all about at the same level.

 

Even though I have been big on Oklahoma being that next team all year. Chances are they will do the same to me as these teams have done to you, and lose tomorrow though lol.

Well I think we seen tonight the committee would have been right to have tried to get in Oklahoma over Utah. If Oklahoma is able to bear Baylor again. Utah has shown they really has no business being there and benefitted from an easy schedule. The two best teams they seen who aren’t even that great in USC and Oregon they lost to.

Utah was being pumped up, because if they got in at #4...it would have essentially been a bye for the #1 team into the title game. Oklahoma may get destroyed too if they get in, but at least they have a puncher's chance.

Even if Utah did win, I strongly believe that Oklahoma would have been selected by the committee, if LSU was to win today. No top 25 wins for Utah during the regular season may have been too much to overcome. I also believe that Oklahoma would have been picked just over their past experience.

How are you big on Oklahoma? Is it the K State loss? How about the fact that every game they have played for the past month has been close. The close games with Iowa State and TCU where Oklahoma looked completely confused for large portions of the second of both games? Or was it the Baylor game where the Bears peed down their leg in the second half? But yeah Utah who was rolling through every team they played since the USC loss and is top 25 in the country in both offense and defense was somehow overhyped. But what do I know, I’m just one of those weird people that stays up to actually watch Pac 12 football.

Then, if being honest, you have to admit they aren't a top 4 team and never have been. The PAC is trash, with a couple of decent but not great teams. Utah could not have competed in any way with the current top 4, including Georgia. Utah has a fine team and if they play an uninspired team in a bowl they could pull a Boise/Oklahoma type upset, that still doesn't mean they were EVER a top 4 team.

ZERO CFP Top 25 wins.
