Male gets 900th win tonight but had to work for it. Was tied at 14 at halftime, but Male got it done in the 2nd half.

I assume Male was resting people, right?

So Male and Highlands are tied with wins now?

A little tighter than I thought it would be.

A little tighter than I thought it would be.

I think everyone not wearing orange and black last night can agree on this one.

Male had only allowed 169 yards rushing in 7 games ( avg 24 yds per game. ) Fern Creek ran for 244 yards.

Sounds to me like Fern Creek played a really good ballgame, which isn't a surprise since they've been very solid for several years.

I saw Fern Creek against Oldham County and was really impressed with their running backs so not surprised they played well. I thought Male offense would roll over them. Good win though as Male probably took Fern Creek’s best shot.

Speed will always keep FC in the game.
