Owensboro has been scoring a lot of points in their current four game winning streak. Muhlenberg County has been allowing quite a few points a game on their 2-4 season. Can Owensboro continue lighting the scoreboard up and improve to 6-1? Or, will the Mustangs be able to surprise Owensboro?

Running Clock in the second quarter.

I agree! Man Owensboro and Ocath must be loving life living in cupcake city within their district. Hurts them both in the long run.

I can tell you Owensboro hates this district. Owensboro has 5 district games with Graves being the only good game year after year. Owensboro is locked playing 3 Owensboro schools and always plays Henderson. That leaves 1 game to schedule which this year was an outstanding Evansville Central team. Oboro has had a running clock on eneryone so far. Outstanding defense (Central scored 10, Catholic 7), very agile QB with a great arm. Too bad their district is horrible.

I agree with all this, but when the Red Devils play another team with a defense it will be difficult for their offense to just turn it on. But still, you get the opportunity and that's half the battle.

Yes, it would be good to have stiffer competition. Against Central Owensboro has many red zone chances. Henderson should be a good challenge.

Owensboro can name the score here. Running clock early.

I agree. Hendo has played well this year and should only take 1 more loss during the regular season, if then, prior to playing O.

3 & out for the mustangs.

Devils quickly down in the RZ.

Javius Taylor 5 yard run TD.

OHS 7-0

Another 3 & out for the mustangs.

25 yard TD pass from Wimsatt to Tinsley.

OHS up 14-0

Sales with fumble recovery for OHS.
