Tanner Morgan Sets Big Ten Record

Featured Replies

Tanner Morgan completed 21 of his 22 pass attempts against Purdue. That 95.5 completion percentage is the highest ever in any game by a Big Ten player (min. 15 attempts).

4 TDs, 398 yards, no picks as he leads Gophers to 38-31 win at Purdue.

That was almost a perfect performance.

Way to go Tanner! Nice to see the Bluegrass get represented in the record books.

This is fantastic to hear. It's great that a NKY boy is doing great things on a big stage.

I sometimes forget about past kentucky high school athletes, and am every once in a while I get pleasantly surprised watching random games. That happened Saturday a couple times. It’s cool seeing hometown kids balling out!

Did Kentucky recruit him? I watched most of the game, he was very impressive.

Marginal interest and recruitment by UK even though Tanner was a 10K yard career passer. For sure, Tanner would be a huge upgrade to the QB position in Lexington. He throws darts and is one of the top rated passers in all of NCAA this year. He is a humble leader, hard worker, student of the game who is grounded in his faith in Christ.

No, UL did a little. Big miss by both schools.

One of several they have missed on over the years.

Congrats to the kid on an excellent performance and here’s to more in the future.
