Vick and Manning shouldn't even be mentioned... I'm giving Frye the benefit of the doubt.. Plummer and Ben definitely deserve some clipboard duty.

Definetly Jake Plummer. Charlie Frye won't be holding a clipboard this year. This is his first full year starting and most first year QB's take their lumps. Plus, who would Cleveland go to, Ken Dorsey? No, Frye is the future QB of the Browns.
