Little known fact about Chuck Smith: He has never actually touched a Gatorade cooler in his life. During games he stares at the cooler until it cries into his cup.

Boyle with the running clock early.

This game has the potential to be a blow out in Boyles favor but most believed that would be the case last year as well. If memory serves that game was tight for a long time with Boyle pulling away in the end. In 2017 Boyle with great senior leadership and stellar sophomores were beat by a very good Danville team. I bring all of this up to say that while it has that potential to be a blow out and having been around for a few of these rivalry games I don't ever count on potential alone. I am going to go with a similar game as last year it will be a boxing match for the first half with both teams landing blows as they feel each other out. Boyle pulls away in the second half having the superior firepower. Boyle 35 Danville 14 with 21-14 halftime score. As a loyal rebel fan I will be overjoyed if it were a running clock in BOCO's favor!
