4x4
Never heard of this one until I saw it on cable a couple of years ago. I have seen it a couple of times since then. Not a favorite, but is different. WarnerBros.com | August Rush | Movies
GrantNKY
Absolutely love Hook. Great depiction of Peter Pan. Completely agree. Honestly at this point I’ve seen Hook so many times that when somebody mentions Peter Pan I think of Hook before I think of the original animated film. MJAlltheWay24
Dead Poets Society was filmed in Middletown, DE at St Andrews School, about 20 minutes or so north of where I grew up. My friend's father owned an appliance store in that town, and I sometimes worked for him delivering appliances. I ended up delivering some stuff to the place where Williams was staying during the filming of that movie. He Twasn't there, and while were lots of sightings of him all over the area, but I never did run into him. Was listening to the Rewatchables podcast of this movie and they said they were originally supposed to film in Georgia, but decided that they didn't want to spend all the money on fake snow. Hangman
Good Will Hunting and Dead Poets Society... Robin’s acting chops may have been overshadowed by his big personality... But when it comes down to it, he was an under-appreciated treasure as far as I’m concerned.
GrantNKY
It’s not a movie, but Robin Williams stand up about golf is absolutely hilarious.
CincySportsFan
It’s not a movie, but Robin Williams stand up about golf is absolutely hilarious. That is comedy gold. (Not for small ears, though.) I've watched that probably a dozen times, and each time I end up in tears from laughing.
coldweatherfan
The only one I would add to those already mentioned is The Fisher King. I would have to say Goodwill Hunting is my favorite.
