When I was young, we had wild blackberries growing in our backyard. My mom used to send us out with pots to collect them. It was miserable fighting bugs, and thorns to get them. But... the blueberry cobbler she made was fantastic. The heck with cake or pie. I would give anything for a piece of that cobbler!
