I think most of the town was in Lexington last night. That was a great turnout, as usual. for the Ram Fans.

:thumb: :thumb: And after speaking with some of the players, they greatly appreciated the support.

Was that you Eagle Eye on the Raceland side right after they got the lights back on? I thought it might be but wasn't sure.

TGF - yes that was me...i was introducing Bluto to Cvillecat & Austydak...

And as for the lights, it wasnt me...I actually would have done it the 1st Quarter when the Orange Crush defense was smacking LCA in the mouth!:jump:

Give us some credit, LCA had alot of momentum going when those lights went out...we heard it was a couple of kids wearing ORANGE though! That is a joke - it was a couple of little LCA mischievers - we ave them on tape because they were also inside th school building as well.

I also agree that LCA's turnovers were certainly caused by some VERY GOOD defense!

I am contemplating coming over to Raceland next week to watch you guys win the REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!!!! Heck, I might even stay for the post-game festivities if they are as good as it sounds!:ylsuper:

Again, we appreciate the fervor and zeal of the Raceland community as a whole for their Football program - you are top-notch and classy and it shows that your fan-base is also a large part of your TEAM and I know the team itself feels your presence! Go RAMS!

Congrats to the Lexington Christian Eagles! The LCA kids have nothing to hang their heads over, they have a very good, young team. Imo LCA has one of the Best coaches in the entire state in Raines and they have great people supporting them. If LCA would had beaten our Rams tonight I would have been pulling for them all te way. LCA is a class act from top to bottom.:thumb: and take a back seat to no one.

I have to second you on this! The two times that Corbin has played LCA, the Eagles have shown nothing but class and sportsmanship. Congrats on great seasons to both teams!

That was a nice article and all Fig but did you notice that the writer made a statement that this was the frst District title in Raceland's history???:scared: I wonder how deep a cave that he has been in for around the last 30 years:rolleyes: . I belive that this makes around 17 or 18 District Championships for the Rams. That guy (Taylor I believe was the name) needs to do a little reasearch don't you think?

Without doing the research again. I believe that's # 16 out of 31 available since the 4 class system started in '75. That's slighgtly better than 50% of the titles.
