October 22, 20187 yr You didn't comment on Texas or Oklahoma. What's your take there? I think that’s a real debate. If it’s Oklahoma I think they get in. If it’s Texas I think Ohio State gets in.
October 22, 20187 yr I’m never wrong. Ever. Haha The problem for the rest of us is you really believe that.

October 22, 20187 yr Author UKs D is good but Vandy had some decent drives that I have to believe that teams ranked 20 and above could have kept driving into TDs. Don't know, the Vandy game really made me second guess UK. How they do against Mizzou will answer some questions. Same Vandy team was 1 play away from beating Notre Dame and had a shot to beat Florida. Kentucky didn't look great but Vandy isn't the same Vandy bad of 10 years ago either. I completely agree that the Mizzou game is more of a test than anyone they've played so far, in that they seem to have lost themselves offensively. This game more than the Georgia game, I think will determine how the season ends for them.
October 22, 20187 yr Haha I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. Pot meet kettle. You can say it till you're Michigan Blue in the face... It doesn't make it so.
October 22, 20187 yr Author I think that’s a real debate. If it’s Oklahoma I think they get in. If it’s Texas I think Ohio State gets in. If it's Texas they will have two wins over Oklahoma and a win over West Virginia by then. I think the loss to Purdue, the way they lost, looks worse than the loss to Maryland in the first game of the season. That said, I look for Urban to try to score 100 on Maryland if he can.

Texas gets in over OSU if both win out. Well, SHOULD get in...
October 22, 20187 yr I agree. Texas gets in over OSU if both win out. Well, SHOULD get in... I agree. If both Oklahoma and Texas are ahead of OSU when the playoff rankings come out next Tuesday, the Buckeyes are screwed unless they both (Texas & OU) drop another game.
October 22, 20187 yr I think that’s a real debate. If it’s Oklahoma I think they get in. If it’s Texas I think Ohio State gets in. Why in the world would/should they get in over Texas if they win out?

I tend to agree with RTS on the fact that OSU will always be within striking distance... I'd be surprised if OSU is as low in the CFP Rankings as they are in the latest AP poll.

I totally agree. Way too much $$ to not put them in (or at least in the conversation) if it's even remotely possible.
October 22, 20187 yr You can say it till you're Michigan Blue in the face... It doesn't make it so. You’ve proven my point with your response.
October 22, 20187 yr You’ve proven my point with your response. Hey man, at least you believe it. That's all that really matters.

Depends on how both teams look down the stretch.
