Can’t say I blame him at all. It sucks for Clemson, because Clemson may need him at some point this year. Whether it’s because of injury or they need his running ability. But I’m excited to see how this will work out for him. Jalen Hurts needs to do the same thing. Free agency in college football.

No he can remain on Alabama’s team, he just can’t play in a game. So that way if Tua has a serious injury he can step in, but if Tua plays the whole year he can stay on the team not play in a game and be eligible next year.

He wouldn’t have to transfer before this week but he can’t play a snap this week if he wants to transfer. He’s reached his four game max. If he takes a snap in another game for Bama, he loses the redshirt option. If he takes no more snaps, he can transfer whenever with the redshirt exemption.
