Good article about the game from outside perspective. Despite the records of each school, there will be a big crowd and enthusiasm for the game.

 

There is no rivalry game in the state like X and T. There's none that even come close. I would encourage everyone who hasn't been to one to do it at least once. And when the weather is nice like it's supposed to be Friday, the environment just goes to another level.

Rondale Moore has a freshman cousin who will be playing varsity the remainder of the season. This is currently hearsay. Can anyone confirm this?

This is interesting article on attendance. Most interesting was comment about potential playoff game being played at St.X. I think with the nice weather there will an increase in attendance.

I understand why they would consider having the potential playoff matchup at one of the schools, as the attendance is usually much less in the second game, but that will be a nightmare if it happens. They would have to bring in a ton of additional seating.

I was intrigued by the playoff comment as well. It would be awesome if it was not at Cardinal Stadium, especially with UofL expanding their stadium.

Trinity will need to shore up its porous pass defense. There are a lot of young guys back there and X's QB is solid, from what I've heard.
