For the 5th time south had a running clock before halftime. They started this one with around 4:00 to go in second quarter. It seemed like everyone on the offense scored.

On the ground and in the air. And was another dominating performance by the defense.

 

Grayson County”s score came midway through the third quarter on a long pass play. Grayson tried to run the ball on south with a lot of triple opinion plays and quick pitches. They just didn’t have the line to run those plays against south. Many times the play was busted by south at the first man through with both the QB and FB being hit on the backfield. Grayson was just completely overmatched and outsized at every position in this game.
