No, you said "far from a 5th option". So, mathematically speaking, I would assume that far would not be the 4th option, perhaps even the 3rd option. So, he must be truly phenomenal!! If he is a better option than the Faulkners or Ferguson, then I can't wait to see him play!!:thumb:

How many potential meetings will Rose Hill and Elliott have? Four maybe, out of a 25 game schedule that would be 16% of the games. You may get to see the "Hookers" more than you want.

I went to Elliott County once in my life and i never made it out alive.

Spindoc you are living up to your name on this one in trying to get Bandit29 fired up. Considering it is election time, so you should be at your best. Maynard may be considered a 4th option by other teams but I'm not sure Elliott plays this way. I am not even sure the coaches have a 1, 2 or 3 option at any point even if a kid has a hot hand. There will be games when he will lead them or just behind the scoring leader as will the other three have those same type of nights. As you stated earlier they will definitely miss Weddington.

Guys in Elliot,,,,,Relax, I was bragging on your team, I can't wait to see this kid if he is in the same ilk as the others I mentioned. With regards to RH vs. Elliot, bodes well for the small schools don't it?

I think the small schools will be more than in the hunt. Last year Fairview was more than in the hunt and Lewis made a nice run before that. One thing is for sure, Russell wears the bullseye. If you want to know how you measure up, play the Devils.

My bad, I thought that you may play a home and home during the regular season. I guess I should make that 8%. Probably for the best, I made a trip to Elliott in the late 80's for a little hoop action, and that is the one that I didn't make it back from alive.

Elliott has shooters no doubt, but can they defend the paint? A team must consistently perform on the defensive end to win a tournament with good competition and that is the question mark that Elliott has right now. I'm not saying that they can't, I believe that they have the ability to pressure the ball well enough to limit or disrupt the entry passes. On the ball pressure will be the key to their year.
